never miss an opportunity to be gorgeous. I absolutely LOVE to redo furniture. Some people see a chair by the street or a garage sale as a bunch of junk but no ma’am (or sir!) …not me. hello summer!!

time for flip flops and lawn seats! A few friends and I thought entertaining would be a great section to add to the blog. I love to throw parties and don’t get to do it often enough so this is a great excuse. We decided to do a picnic for the first one and thought it would be fun to tie into a Cool Thursday at the Arboretum. Grammy award winning Asleep at the Wheel was the entertainment.

where to begin? part 1 of two

this is a tad overwhelming…

so much fun stuff to share. With that, I thought the best place to start might be HERE, my home. It’s a small place with big character and it says a lot about the way I think. I’m planning to keep all my copy short so I won’t drone on about where I got this and that, but I’ll pull out a few of the highlights as a taster of what’s to come!
