don’t we all wish it was this easy to look young again… It’s been a while since I’ve shared before and afters, these are all from the home of Sarah Steele with the help and vision of design diva Tracy Martin Taylor (see her home here). Chair and bench found at Salvation Army and the barstools were picked up in Round Top! Enjoy!

This is a wonderful chair and would have been great painted glossy white with just about any fabric but with Tracy’s keen eye and guiding hand she convinced Sarah to go with something a little more bold and I think it was a super smart move. It’s one of the first things you see when you walk into her home and it’s perfect — a little lively, a little lovely.

Ok, these were such a steal. I was with Sarah when she bought them…for $15 each people. SUCH a bargain and turned out so darn cute. Barstools are A) a fortune and B) rarely this hip.

This is such a killer piece. Sarah LOVES the blog velvet & linen (who doesn’t) and I think she was channeling her inner Brooke in this one. It turned out incredibly handsome and feels like it was torn out of a page/post from V&L. Mission accomplished.
