north star antiques

don’t kid yourself… We are blessed to have a plethora of AMAZING antique nourishment here in the Big D. One of my newer front runners is North Star Antiques on Industrial (of course). It’s a relatively small space in comparison to some of my other favs but it’s chalked FULL of gems.

shoes

Who needs this piece above?!?! It’s it great…I’m not sure what it is but I think it would make a great stationery holder or something else clean and mod. I’m seeing a fantastic contrast in the making here. AND WHAT ARE THESE? I have no idea but they are some kind of small concrete shoes and figures that I think would create cool texture thrown in a container of some kind.

lighting

These lights rock my world. I can picture them in a gorgeous kitchen…and these weights are via inspiration of my talented friend Jamie Laubhan-Oliver. She had some in her house a while back and I think they are a perfect peculiar accessory.

crystal

I’m doting over gems of all kinds these days so clearly these are top my list of needs (not wants!).

Be sure to check their website… it’s pretty robust for a little antique shop! Happy shopping!!
