goodness people… It is just nuts around here!! There are so many wonderful things going on in my little world right now but it’s a lot to keep up in the air. With that said, and the idea of juggling all my merriment, I’m sharing with you today this BEAUTIFULLY BIZARRE series of circus images from an incredibly talented Oklahoma based photographer, Scott Raffe.
time to kickback and savor the weekend… or if you’re like me, your weekend has suddenly become jam packed. But all in all it’s all GREAT stuff and I’m thrilled, it will be tons of fun. I leave you with the hope that you will enjoy a moment with good friends and maybe a refreshing beverage or two, possibly this cucumber gimlet.
Below is the recipe thanks to the help of my wonderful and gifted culinary friend Kim Donlon.
new twists on old goodness… This site was forwarded to me by a like minded friend a couple of days ago and I just think this site is pretty exceptional. There’s a ton of stuff incorporated here that is on my current bizarre obsession list: birds, skulls, cameos, guns, skulls, antlers. AND I am thoroughly entertained by the copywriting throughout and the name of the site, THE BAZAARIUM. I think my favorite title is The Dollar Dreadful Family Library.
i am kinda lovin’… stop-motion animation videos lately and of course I love chalkboards. It’s a cloudy day out and I thought this little bit of creativity would brighten everyone’s day.
call it shabby chic or a junk high if you want… but I’m just going to call it an amazingly rare eye for graceful and livable style. This is the charming home one of my dearest friends and we love to shop together. She has the gift. You know, the one where you race into an antique emporium and like a heat seeking missile she can hone in something in seconds to figure out how to rethink it or the absolute most perfect spot for the fab find to live before most people have even had a chance to blink. We’re in, we’re out. We bought, we love. It’s truly a great friendship.
I’m thrilled to finally share with you the lovely home of Trisha and Patrick Freeman. Soak it up. It’s a good one. And don’t miss the chandelier collection at the end of the post…shouldn’t we all aspire to have a stockpile this great?
