have I got a treat for you… it has been a busy week so sorry for the lack of posts but this was worth the wait. I’m thrilled today to share with you the Christmas Collection of Missing Q Press. Jason has been gathering vintage holiday decor for years and of course has a knack for making it all look fabulous. Literally he has more than 10 trees in his house. Hundreds of gorgeous and interesting ornaments, glass cloches covering precious little antique Christmas trinkets. It’s a lovely, happy holiday…Enjoy!

The ornaments, the ornaments, the ornaments… all throughout the post. Vintage, new, all shiny all TDF.

Awww. Loving this little plastic baby deer underneath this glass cloche. Precious.

I’m obsessing over this white ceramic deer from ZGallerie. There’s a moose too. Thinking that’s the one I’ll go with but LOVE it in Jason’s home and LOVE the jingle bells around his little neck!

And, yes, there will but a FULL post on the whole house sans Christmas just in case you are wondering… this is a sneak peak. Would you just die if this was your living room. LOVE.

Right. So about that cabinet chalked FULL of cool Christmas from old red price tags, to striped wax straws, plates, santas, vintage packaging, cool old flash cards…you could seriously spend two hours just looking at this one cabinet.

Christmas is everywhere! It only comes once a year so hope you’re in the spirit and if you haven’t decked out your house yet maybe this will inspire you to spend a little time this weekend - make some eggnog or hot chocolate and drag out your box of Christmas from the attic!
Happy weekend friends!

This house is A-mazing. I just popped in earlier this week to check out the holiday decor and talk about getting into the Christmas spirit. The attention to detail is mind boggling. He really does have Christmas trees all over the house. And the best part of it is that it’s sooo cozy. Plus he has the most amazing candles so when you walk in, all of your senses are pleasured….sweet fragrances and beatuiful colors and lights sparkling everywhere. Such a treat!
Gorgeous! So much to look at — I need to go back and study them some more. Where did he get that lovely bird portrait?
Jason’s home is as beautiful as his cards!
Okay, y’all are makin’ it REEEEAL hard to keep likin’ all ya’ll!!!! ARE. YOU. JOKING?!?!?! Sam… tell that man, Jason, I “hate” him for all that fabulousness! Just stop it! I. Die! That cabinet with all the vintage treasures just slays me with envy-ridden happiness! And, as a sidenote, that piano?!! (Oh yeah, I saw myself splayed on top with a cocktail and a song to sing!) Thanks to you and Mr. Jason for all the gorgeousness. Can’t wait to see more! HAPPY HOLIDAYS! (Okay… no more “!!!”. Sorry.) ;)
Amazing. What a gorgeous home. The holiday decor is breathtaking! Lynn
Uncle B….we are WAITING for your visit down south! Come on! Sam, thanks for the fabulous post!!!
Lest we not forget that I live there, too. I contribute. I pull countless boxes down from the attic, untangle thousands of yards of lights and say, “That looks really great” when he moves things from one place to another.”. My creativity is expressed in the timing of staying out of his way when this construction begins.
I imagine that Monsieur Claus would sit a spell before he ripped back up the chimney. What a house and what an eye. I mean seriously, who would spot any one of these items, be able to add it to a collection and make it look so unintentional? Must run in the blood. Wish I was related. He’s really lucky to have a John on the spot it seems to me. Sure wish I could see that house in December. Maybe some day.
Too cute! I love everything Jason has done! I’m especially into the vignette in the second picture. The black and white bowls filled with ornaments and the skinny tree are just fabulous!
PS. Who was the photographer for these shots?
xo,
Crystal
Crystal…Thanks!! I love it all too! These shots are a combination of Jason’s and myself.
Ummmmmm……Ok…so I am creative. I get compliments on my creativity. Yah, you heard me I do. BUT I just can’t make my house look like this??? WHY??? Sam when are you coming over to help me? Oh, and I guess you should bring Jason too. Looks like he knows how to decorate a tiny bit. Just a teeny bit.
Oh la la, do you need a roommate?
Beautiful house Jason!! Gorgeous and Fabulous!! Love it!! Can’t wait to come visit you with Kara sometime!!
