all that glitters

gold infused goodness? Yes, please. This post is long overdue. I met Bukola Koiki late last fall. She’s a graphic designer from Nigeria who has a love for fabrics, gorgeous fabrics. On a recent trip home while shopping the Nigerian market with her mother Bukola picked up a few yards of a variety of Dutch wax print fabrics and a Woodin gold-infused fabric to bring back to the states. (Lucky us!) I think her eye as a graphic designer impacts the patterns she selects. They all have amazing repeats and colors. I could see any of them made into a great pillow or covering a small stool. I like to do little projects like that. Quick, easy and I can do it myself. These would easily make a big impact and change a piece of furniture. Visit her Etsy shop of fabulosity, Mindbolt Fabrics.

These are wonderful and although everyone should buy these, NO ONE would look as beautiful draped in them as Bukola; her electrifying smile just makes everything pop!

I’ve just discovered your blog this morning! As an expat in Nigeria, I have a (not mild at all) obsession with the fabric here, and its great to see it featured! Best wishes, Jo
