Have a great Tuesday friends!

don’t say I didn’t warn you folks… It’s today only and there was a sneak preview last night. The annual Country Garden and Garden Party yard sale! You may remember last summer’s post here and I’m sure if you attended you left with something! Alan, Gina and Portia all have an amazing eye for antiques. I like to call it the crazy junk lady eye… you know the one. You can see it in their eye if they’ve got it. It’s a good sign. You can count on it from these three True, Alan’s not a lady but he’s got the eye too. And be sure to ask Portia to go into her house…you have to use the secret password (SWOON) to get in as normally only dealers and designers go in but she said style/SWOON friends are welcome. 10 to 3 today, 4224 Allencrest Lane Dallas 75244
Have fun! (Sneak peaks below)

i’m guilty… I absolutely can’t stop thinking about vacations lately. Not sure where or when or how. TBD. I’ll get back to you (I’m still scheming). In the meantime I LOVE looking at Tablet Hotels as a resource for places to stay and more importantly places to dream about staying. Today I found Estancia Vik José Ignacio in Uruguay. Described as “stunning nature, a traditional ranch experience and the splendor of South America’s finest beaches and beach life.” Sounds PERFECT. It’s so beautiful. Enjoy!

it was so incredible… yesterday as I was leaving the office there was the most intense rainbow. It was absolutely stunning. I was reminded of this artwork by Anuok Kruithof made of one of my favorite things - books! Roughly 4,000 of them and a video installation for The Zero Budget Biennial in Milan. Isn’t it lovely?
