it happened… in the worst way last friday. We all have those “Fear Of Missing Out” moments and often times it’s ok that we miss — our friends will say “you didn’t miss much” but not last Friday. I was exhausted, it had been a long wonderfully busy week at the studio, it was the last game of the World Series with the Rangers and I just couldn’t get the energy up to get there. I was whipped. To say that I REGRET (in all caps, in bold neon letters) that I missed Aurora 2011 is a huge understatement. On Friday evening October 28, the Downtown Dallas Arts District magically lit up with over 100 artists installations and sculptures incorporating light, video and sound. Thank goodness Bret went to photograph this spectacular event for a client and told me all about what I missed. Take a peek below and put it on your calendar for next year people. For real y’all.
